The information on this Site is general in nature and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Viewing the Site or contacting us does not create a client relationship. We begin providing professional services only after both parties sign an engagement agreement (or service agreement) and you complete onboarding. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Do not send sensitive documents via email or this Site’s general contact form. We will request them through a secure portal or secure method we provide.
ITIN Abroad is operated by Synergy Wealthcare Solutions, LLC and provides services as an Enrolled Agent (EA) and Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA). We do not hold out as a CPA firm and do not provide attest services.
2) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing itinabroad.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
3) Informational Content — Not Advice
Content on the Site is for general information only and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Viewing the Site or contacting us does not create a client relationship. We become your representative only after both parties sign an engagement agreement and any required authorizations are completed.
4) Fees, Payment, and Deliverables
Services and deliverables require payment in advance.
DIY / W-7 Release: For DIY users, payment is required before we prepare and release your completed Form W-7 and your personalized document checklist. DIY services do not include IRS submission unless you separately engage us for submission services.
Full-Service ITIN and/or Tax Return Work: For full-service cases (including ITIN submission support and/or U.S. tax return preparation), payment is due in full before work begins, unless otherwise stated in a signed engagement agreement.
Digital delivery: Deliverables may be provided electronically (for example, via secure portal, secure link, or email when appropriate).

Refunds (ITIN Services)
Fees cover preparation, document review, and submission support (when included). If the IRS requests a correction or additional information, we can usually re-file promptly and will make up to two (2) re-file attempts as needed.
If the application is still not accepted after two (2) re-file attempts, we will review the case and may offer a partial refund based on the work completed. Refunds are not guaranteed because the IRS controls final decisions and processing.
Refunds do not apply when the IRS rejection is due to unacceptable or insufficient documents (for example, document certification issues), rather than an issue with the Form W-7 preparation.
DIY note: For DIY/W-7 release services, fees are nonrefundable once the completed Form W-7 and personalized checklist, and submission instructions have been prepared and delivered.
Chargebacks: By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services already delivered or work already performed; please contact us first so we can resolve concerns.
5) Services; ITIN/CAA Notes
Outcomes and timelines vary based on your situation and IRS processing times. CAA verification or assistance does not guarantee an ITIN or any IRS determination. The IRS is the final decision-maker regarding eligibility and acceptance of documentation. For DIY services, you are responsible for following instructions and submitting materials as directed unless you engage us separately for submission support. We comply with applicable laws and professional standards.
6) Your Responsibilities
Do not upload sensitive or confidential information through general contact forms. Use only the secure portal or secure method we provide for document submission. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with Site functionality, or introduce malware.
7) Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are owned by Synergy Wealthcare Solutions, LLC and/or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without prior written consent. You may link to public pages for fair, non-misleading purposes.
8) Third-Party Links/Tools
The Site may include links to third-party sites or use third-party tools (such as embedded forms). We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or their privacy practices.
9) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Synergy Wealthcare Solutions, LLC d/b/a ITIN Abroad is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site.
10) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Synergy Wealthcare Solutions, LLC d/b/a ITIN Abroad harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11) Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update or discontinue any part of the Site and revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
12) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
